Constitution Day

On this day in 1787, 39 men signed the US Constitution.  After since May of that year, the founders of our nation put their signatures to one of the wisest creations of political history.  The document has served the United States well for 231 years.

We should all read at least the great preamble, crafted by Gouvenor Morris, to mark the day.
